Tannex is a material that has mirco holes, allowing the perfect tan through.

This material is delicate so please take care when hand washing.

Please note that this material provides no UV protection so please always apply sunscreen 30 minutes prior to heading out into the sun.

We recognize that making online purchases can sometimes be challenging. Therefore, we gladly offer exchanges for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide refunds, except in cases where the received item is determined to be faulty.

To initiate a return, please ensure you request it within 7 days of receiving your item, and then return the item to us within 14 days. The items must be returned in their original condition, which means they should be unworn and unwashed. When trying on garments, please exercise caution, as we cannot accept items with makeup stains or a fragrance of perfume or body odor.

Please be aware that we do not reimburse or refund the cost of the return. In the event that the package does not reach us safely, it is beyond our control, and we will be unable to process the return or issue a refund. To minimize such issues, we strongly recommend using a postal service that offers tracking when sending the parcel. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

If you have received a faulty item please email us at isleofnue@gmail.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All of our knit sets are very delicate so we cannot guarantee small threads may pull loose. All returned items will be assessed and if deemed faulty by Isle of Nue and will issue a refund. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. 

Photos of items are taken prior to sending them as a secondary and final quality control check.
